Please read the following terms, conditions and guarantee carefully:

Your puppy comes with a health guarantee. This includes a vet checked,current vaccinations, and de-worming schedule.

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, and diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE-THREATENING congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.

A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 72 hours of delivery. If there is a problem, our veterinarian will interpret the report . If he agrees with your report, then a replacement puppy will be given. There will be NO CASH OR CREDIT refunds. We offer replacement puppies only. You must have your  puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours  of delivery. If you fail to do so, we the seller, assumes no further responsibility.

Puppies that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is much like the common cold which must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have your puppy shipped, instead of picking it up you need to be aware of this.

If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all registration papers that are signed and transfers the puppy back to us. Puppy must be returned in good condition!

All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and under no circumstances will be paid by us. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from us.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors: allergies,thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

Our puppies are sold as PET QUALITY puppies. We do not guarantee your puppy to have litters or sire litters. There is no way we can guarantee the color or size of a puppy now or as an adult.

Before exposing  your puppy in public places be sure  the puppy has had all of its vaccinations  to ensure immunity against disease. Your veterinarian will advise you in this area.

If buyer does not meet the terms of this contract, then it is null and void.
